2026 Aard Nouveau RedComing May 2026 Our take on a Beaujolais Nouveau. Hawkes Bay Nouveau! About 50 50 Syrah Chardonnay. Whole bunch Chardonnay harvested the same day and fermented with hand destemmed Syrah berries. 10 days on the skins to bring out some spice while keeping this wine very fresh, juicy, and fun. Nothing added, nothing taken away.
