The work in the fields was often shared by neighbors . . the work was necessary for survival and very hard BUT it was also almost a social opportunity for the families. By working together, they were communicating and recognizing each other as individuals these two young women are enjoying a quiet visit under the early moon, at the end of a long day. 12" X
