Seafoam mug

Seafoam mugThis lovely sea foam mug is handmade on the wheel in my pottery studio. Glossy light blue and white glazes tumble over a flecked, matt, ivory base glaze to give a beautiful sea foam effect. It is dishwasher and food safe and measures approximately 9cm tall by 8cm wide allowing for slight variation. Delivery is free for all orders over 25.

Each mug is handmade and thrown on the wheel in white stoneware clay

The piece is approximately 28cm wide and weighs 1kg

These beaker-shaped mugs were thrown on the wheel using dark clay and decorated using a misty pink glaze

a handle is added before glazing using a denim blue stoneware glaze

Each mug holds approximately 10 fl oz and is 9cm high and 8cm wide at the top (allowing for variation)
