1 the speed police oceanWhen in the 60s it was time for the police to choose a sports car, the choice was between the Volvo P1800 and the Porsche 911. The choice fell on the German made 911 and in the 1960s the Swedish police had about 20 Porsche 911Ts as service cars for cases that required a little extra speed. Today, according to the Police Museum, only 2 of these Porsches remain. But who knows, maybe we'll see the Swedish police drive a Porsche again? Photographer: rebro
