Grebe (Durgan) GreenGrebe beach known to many as Durgan, is a short walk from Durgan village, it looks out onto the Helford river to Ponsence cove and out to Falmouth Bay. Its coastline is backed by beautiful woodland. Our pretty Grebe bead is created in teal glass, which is then rolled over a tool to create texture. The bead is then encased in clear glass and more texture is added to represent the ripples in the water. The bead is then wrapped in lines of clear class
with a few grains of sand from your dogs favourite beach rolled into the glass whilst molten
It is finished with a line of clear glass wrapped around the bead inspired by the beaches consistent rolling waves
It has two beautiful sandy beaches and is part of an area of outstanding natural beauty
One of the main factors to determine good surf is the swell
The surface is then wrapped with a silver stringer to representing the slipway plunging into the river
