Matured in New American oak then ex Port. Habitation Saint Etienne (HSE) was founded in 1882 by Amde Aubry on the historic La Mauge sugar factory site in Gros Morne, northern Martinique. The estate is listed as a French Historic Monument since 2006 and is now owned by the Hayot family.
