Via Terra Red 750mL deposit--0.40This wine is made from Garnacha tinta from our vineyards located in la Plana de Gandesa, in well drained soil terraces with low yields. Once in the cellar, we combine two different wine making processes. A first one, with a cold maceration of grapes, to obtain all of Grenache fruitiness; and a second one more traditional, with riper grapes to achieve a more complex structure to the whole. Aged in 300 litre French oak barrels for 6 months.

while the other is transferred to exclusive 30-year-old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem oloroso sherry butts before they are reunited to create this phenomenal whisky

Lightly sweetened and balanced for a crisp

wheat and barley making up the rest

and cedar finish

briny and savoury with a tangy finish

Forward aromas and flavours of ripe peach

this bourbon has a subtle aroma of fresh fruit and a taste that includes hints of dried apricot

but it is also lower in proof

floral and berry aromas with a touch of candied fruit

with wild-foraged juniper

Although we filter these all natural ingredients

sparkling and brim-full of fruity flavours
