This kit comes with 2 brackets only, it includes an upper bracket and a lower bracket. No hardware is included. These are bare metal and made in the USA. These brackets will accept a GM one wire alternator. The bottom bracket bolts directly in place of your old bracket. The upper bracket bolts on to the top of one of the water pump bolts.
